Block Of The Month Terms and Conditions
Subscription Plans and Cancellations
▪️Subscription Options:
We offer monthly, quarterly, and annual BOM subscriptions.
Cancellation:
▪️Monthly Plan: You'll be charged monthly on the 28th.
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time before the 28th of the month to avoid being charged for the following month.
▪️Quarterly Plan: You'll be charged every three months on 28th of the third month.
You can cancel your quarterly subscription at any time. Your cancellation will be effective after the current subscription period ends, and you will not be billed any further.
▪️Annual Plan: You'll be charged once a year on 28th of December.
You can cancel your annual subscription at any time. Your cancellation will be effective after the current subscription period ends, and you will not be billed for the following year.
Shipping and Delivery
▪️There will be no physical deliveries (except the FREE bonus Surprise Bundle for annual memberships).
▪️You'll receive a new block pattern through the online membership portal on 1st day of each month. Except otherwise stated.
▪️Live Sessions: Live work-along sessions are held on the first day of each month at 2pm US EST. Unless otherwise stated.
▪️Recordings: Recordings of all sessions are available in the member portal.
Refunds and Returns
▪️Due to the nature of the Block Of The Month membership, we do not offer refunds.
Changes to Subscription
▪️You can change your subscription plan (e.g., from monthly to quarterly) by contacting us before the 20th of the month.
Intellectual Property
▪️Pattern Ownership: All block patterns and instructional materials remain the intellectual property of Quilt Africa Fabrics.
▪️Usage Rights: You may use the patterns for personal use or to create quilts for sale, but you may not redistribute or resell the patterns themselves.
Community Guidelines
▪️Respectful Conduct: Maintain a respectful and supportive environment in the online community.
▪️No Unauthorized Sharing: Do not share BOM patterns or recordings outside the member portal.
Liability
▪️Fabric Responsibility: You are responsible for sourcing your own fabrics for the BOM.
▪️Errors: While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for any errors in the patterns or instructions.
Changes to Terms
▪️We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
